Returns & Exchanges

You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped, however please be aware and item cannot be returned once it has be made to your measurements. 

If you receive an item and wish to return it you must inform Emily Elisabeth's:

- within 7 days of receiving the item 
- within 28 days if the item becomes faulty

Emily Elisabeth's will then provide you instructions on how to return your item.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case postage cost will be refunded.
